The one part version is playing in Canada, Australia and America. While overall its still a great experience, so much is missing that even the big reveal in the end feels weak. It just doesn't carry the same emotional gravity as the two part play does. All the characters are watered down, all the flash back scenes are missing too. There is no Hagrid, less McGonagall too. I wish they'd never changed it.

I know I couldn’t imagine the play only being 1 part! There was too much involved and every scene was necessary in my opinion!

It’s a shame really that for some people they won’t know any different because I thoroughly enjoyed the play and I just hope that, now it’s a one part play for some people, it won’t put people off!

I’m from England so the West End still has the two part play. I don’t know how they could fit it all into one part and be faithful to the storyline.

I didn’t even realise there was a one-part version everywhere else to be honest!⚡️
